Las Vegan’s is a vegan restaurant chain owning the most stores in Hungary. We have been a key player on the Hungarian vegan food market since our launch in 2016. The Las Vegan’s concept is based on combining the modern street food experience with vegan dishes, seasoning it with environmentally conscious, sustainable behaviour.

- located in a frequented, downtown environment, on a pedestrian street, in a party district
- has an outdoor terrace or a possibility to take seats out to the street front
- has large storefront windows
- is located close to a busy junction
- located in an office environment
- the location is popular with tourists
- own property or business premises rented for an indefinite period, with a minimum of one year notice
In the case of a fixed term, the contract should be for a minimum of five years

- it is possible to install an exhaust system
- the existence or possibility of an adequate power system
- the exterior of the building should not be a subject to regulations that would impede the design of the entire design

What are the costs of the franchise system for a Las Vegan’s franchisee?
- a one-time entry fee of HUF 5,000,000.
It must be paid upon concluding the franchise contract. - 2% royalty is due to the center
- 1% marketing fee to cover the costs of marketing activities.
- 1% product development and operating contribution. The franchisor ensures continuous development both in the operation of the restaurant and the expansion and development in the range of products.
What is the exact amount of money a franchisee needs?
The exact amount required for the investment is difficult to determine. It depends largely on the characteristics and condition of your premises and the existing infrastructure.
Standalone restaurant:
80 m2: 40.000 – 80.000 €
120 m2: 60.000 – 100.000 €
150 m2: 80.000 – 120.000 €
Food Court restaurant:
40 m2: 30.000 – 60.000 €
60 m2: 40.000 – 70.000 €
